Hi,

Can anyone help me. My pedal has snapped of my bike.. was only about a year old when it happaend.

how can i get a new part? I'm thinking i need a whole new pedal arm etc

Thanks a lot. funny though the part where it says to contact them for replacement parts is broken :O just my luck

Some pedals have a hex on the back side to aid in the removal, I just looked at my Bike + and see only a drilled hole, no hex.

One way to remove would be to drill a thru hole centered in the broken portion and use a ez out, photo below.

If you are not comfortable doing this repair, check with an auto repair shop, they have the tools to remove a broken stud.

Hey thanks for the replies.. do peloton not offer a service for this? not sure what kind of shop i go to to remove a broken stud? the bike is big.. do you think someone will do call outs

Wow - that kind of breakage could easily lead to a bad injury - I hope you are OK. Is that an original Peloton pedal? Looking at the picture, it looks different from what I have on my bike. If it's not Peloton, do you mind sharing what brand that is? Probably something to stay away from...

Yeah, ezy out would work, assuming the thread goes the standard rotation....you do know pedals have directional threads don't you?

Fully understand, EZ Outs are available for both right and left hand threads.
