Network Failure

Today I was on my 100th ride and with 4:00 minutes left the network connection dropped. Seemingly it was on their end as everything else here was working. The statistics at the bottom kept tracking but the video was gone for 1:30. When it came back, the class ended before it ended. The stream stopped while the instructor was still riding. Only problem really is that I was going. For my PR on a 20 min ride. Old PR is 193 I wound up with 184 because the stats weren’t counted. Anyone else have issues like this?
