I was supposed to receive my new peloton bike last Wednesday and it was a no-show. This was a bummer because I was excited to get the new bike and I had to takeoff work.

so does anybody know who to contact in management at peloton because their call center is no help. Very disappointed

Their contact centre is horrible. They all say they will help you but they won’t. I was supposed to get my bike fixed but nobody from XPO showed up. Called several times (more than 10 times) to get another appointment. The service technicians showed up telling me it’s not their job to “fix bikes.” Despite trying to fix it, they made it worse as they left cables hanging and my issue is still not fixed :-(
It’s definitely been an unpleasant experience with Peloton.
