That's a really loud noise, unless it's just the way your device is picking it up. I would try tightening all the allen bolts and then tighten the clamp bolt and see if that all helps.
New Bike+ sound from seat
My new Bike+ is causing a sound from the seat, I can replicate it just by wiggling the seat left and right. Is there a way to tighten the top part of the clamp? as this is where its coming from.

Thanks for the help, I took off the plastic weights holder and then the slid the seat mechanism out to tighten up by 1½ turns the allen bolt opposite to the fastening clip and the noise has gone.That's a really loud noise, unless it's just the way your device is picking it up.
