I only took my 5th ride on Peloton. It was the first 20 minute ride I took. Kept up for the most part on the cadence, but not on the resistance. It was a Beginner Class too. Boy am I out of shape. I have to consider I am 56 years old and have not exercised in years. I was a total gym rat through my thirties and was out running my twenty some year old friends. I know I will get to the point I can keep up with the instructors demands some day.
