Hi, I am taking advantage of the 30 day trial on Peloton Digital. Don't cycle and don't have room for a bike but liked the look of the Barre and Yoga. I am over 60 and very inflexible so looking to start carefully. Are there any stretch classes that aren't just cooldowns? What is the best start for somebody my age/fitness level without equipment? I also have an injured wrist and cannot do anything weightbearing on hands/arms - it won't go away, been that way for 40 years. Downward dog is my nemesis and it's everywhere!

Yes. Chase Tucker is my go to Stretch Instructor. Every time I stretch with him I feel amazing!

Build slowly. Don't be afraid of the Power Zone rides and FTP as you compete against yourself and don't worry about the leaderboard. I also enjoy the scenic rides.
