I've had the bike since Sept never had a problem but now heart monitor occasionally kicks off and if I stop ride to reset the monitor I lose everthing and today everything heart monitor,all info at bottom of screen but No video on scenic ride a 60 min one I knew after about 6-7 miles it would be ending but didn't tell me ride was done and I didn't get credit is there anything I can do ?????

Your bike should be under warranty. I'd call customer support and have them help you troubleshoot the issue. I hope you get it sorted out!
