We have had our bikes for six months, and two of us ride almost every day. I recently noticed a noise from the wheel that I didn't think I had heard before. It isn't loud but is a "creaky" noise. I looked at the magnets, and they were not rubbing anything. The noise is the same, no matter the cadence or the resistance. Do you have any suggestions for what it could be?

Having same issue as are others in this forum. It appears to be a crank arm issue and it also sounds like Peloton expects us to replace the pedals and crank arm on our own. Lucky you made it 6 months, I made it 34 rides.

Hi. If you're still having this issue and haven't contacted support already I would do that. They will often ask you to send a recorded video to them. It's a good idea to document the issue now since you're under warranty even if they don't fix it right away.

I have the same problem and Peloton said it is the ball bearings on the front wheel. This seems to be a common issue on their bikes. You better call them right away to get a replacement because I have had mine 13 months and they are making me pay.

Can I ask how much they quoted you? I just bought a used bike and have the same issue. No warranties with mine.

Thank you. The sound isn't coming from the pedals. Its coming from the front of the bike - what I untechnically call the front wheel.
Have had bike for a month and scraping noise from front wheel started. We lost power this morning so I unplugged the bike for a minute then restarted. No noise and running like new!! Probably needed to reset after power loss.

If it’s a clicking noise in the very front of bike around the flywheel its your flywheel hub bearing.
