We have had our bike for 6 months and two of us ride almost every day. I recently noticed a noise coming from the wheel that I don't think I heard before. It isn't loud, but is a "creaky" noise. I looked at the magnets and they are not rubbing anything. The noise is the same no matter the cadence or the resistance. Do you have any suggestions of what it could be? We are not handy or mechanical, so won't be able to do any DIY repairs.

Having same issue as are others in this forum. It appears to be a crank arm issue and it also sounds like Peloton expects us to replace the pedals and crank arm on our own. Lucky you made it 6 months, I made it 34 rides.

Thank you. The sound isn't coming from the pedals. Its coming from the front of the bike - what I untechnically call the front wheel.

Hi. If you're still having this issue and haven't contacted support already I would do that. They will often ask you to send a recorded video to them. It's a good idea to document the issue now since you're under warranty even if they don't fix it right away.

I have the same problem and Peloton said it is the ball bearings on the front wheel. This seems to be a common issue on their bikes. You better call them right away to get a replacement because I have had mine 13 months and they are making me pay.

Can I ask how much they quoted you? I just bought a used bike and have the same issue. No warranties with mine.
