Not cheap at $69 but at least I expect the quality to be good. I'm looking forward to doing more strength training off the bike so I'll give these a shot.

They arrived yesterday. Did my first workout today. Definitely different than what I'm used to and I think good for rounding out my workouts as I need to do more strength, core and off bike workouts. Although the bands aren't cheap they seem to be high quality. Light, medium and heavy and color coded handles to make it easy.

There are maybe 6 or 8 so far. They are either whole body, upper body, lower body, etc. The two instructors are Andy who is good but talks a lot and Hannah who is also good. I've never worked out with bands before but it's an interesting change of pace. Unlike weights where you're working against gravity the bands allow you to work your muscles fro different angles. So far so good!
