Hi
I have been spinning at the gym for a couple of years & now got Peloton which is amazing
My output is inbetween 180 & 200
Is that any good.? & how is best to improve
I always seem to be in top 5% but want to keep getting stronger

Hi Markie,

Yes, and based on being in the top 5% it's safe to assume it's much better than average. I've found that the best way to improve output over time is to do Power Zone training. Take the FTP test on the bike and then start a program. You will see your FTP go up as well as the output you can maintain over time.
