Pelaton App not playing on Roku Device

I start the app and the screen goes black as if it's about to start but then it closes and you end up back at the main menu.
I reinstalled the app...no luck. I tried restarting the roku...no luck.
At the Roku discussion boards there are more and more other people chiming in with the same issue.

Could you please fix this!!!

I have tried numerous times to reach Peloton about this failure and I've gotten absolutely nowhere. My wife likes to do exercise routines away from the Bike+ and on one of our TVs. All of our TVs have Roku... either built-in or connected with a Roku Ultra. The app appears to work until it is time to actually play a video, at which time the app crashes and I'm back at the main Roku page.

What ways have you tried contacting them? Email? Phone? Social media?

I was told to uninstall and re-install the app. I had already done this several times but I did so... no change. They just told me that they'd get back to me. This was via telephone call. This was back in April. I never heard back. I've periodically tried and retried this process, including after Roku OS 10.5 came out. The app still will not play videos. It will allow me to browse around through all of the classes but when actually trying to start a class and play video, it will always crash and go back to the Roku main screen. The only way to get the videos to play is to mirror the video from a smartphone, which is not the greatest environment; a continual frustration and just evident of Peloton's ineptitude at making a solid app for Roku.
