I’ve hand mine in Dublin since the summer with no problems . They actually fulfill Northern Ireland orders from Dublin. ! I used a friends address in Belfast and when they called about arranging delivery I asked could I come to collect it in Dublin . 20 mins later it was home and an hour later it was running in the spare room. It’s been amazing getting probably on average 15 uses a week across the family and 2 of my friends have got them since. The app thing is annoying but I’m just logged into the web page on the browser on my phone so not big deal . It’s the best purchase I made this year !!
Thanks for updates, hopefully they will continue shipping from Dublin when they sort this out, good to hear it was good purchase as well and not a fad (like my X trainer :))

I’ve been trying to get one here for a long time too! The NI address / collection in Dublin option sounds like a winner! Where did you have to collect in Dublin and do you have full class functionality on the screen on the bike? Thanks!

Good idea. Due to the fact you collected and assembled it yourself does that void the warranty? Also are you saying that there is a problem taking part in live classes through the monitor?

Hi all, Just curious in that Peloton is still not available in the Republic of Ireland and if I buy in the UK can I use it in the Republic of Ireland and connect to the real time classes ?
Hi there.

I use the Peloton App on my phone which is amazing. BUT I had to change my IP address to a UK one using a vpn so I could download the app as I could not using my Irish IP address.
I'm just going to get a spin bike, set it up in my sitting room and cast the classes to my TV from the app.
Wish they wouldn't leave us behind. 😪

I spoke with Peloton about this exact issue as I am looking to buy one and ship it to Ireland. Do use their webchat service as they respond quite quickly.
Summarizing: They do not ship to Ireland, they ask you to sort it out yourself. I'm thinking in using AddressPal from An Post, as it allows you to ship something to the UK and deliver in Ireland.
There is no warranty in Ireland so it becomes void. They did not say there was any issues connecting to the live classes from the UK so I assume it isnt an issue.
How much would this cost? Is it worth it? They might start shipping to Ireland if popularity grows?? Thanks

I spoke to customer service today. They are back delivering to Northern Ireland but still no talk of delivering to the south 💔 If you ship to north and bring to the south you void your warranty too 😵
I ordered a Bike+ at the weekend. I am having it delivered to a residential address in the north and will then pick it up and bring it home to Dublin. The sales rep told me that this does not void the warranty, but the bike is registered to the delivery address so if I were to have issues down the line any parts or servicing would be directed to the delivery address which is clearly problematic but one I'm going to take a chance with. One thing to note - the bike is apparently delivered assembled, aside from the screen so I'm gonna need a van to transport it. Also, a residential address and a +44 phone number are required for delivery.

I have ordered this weekend. Was told because the bike will be moved from the address my warranty will be void 😵 Having delivered to the north also and having transported down via courier.

I used this website www.DeliverMe.ie It’s €350 for delivery down south. You email them before ordering and they give you all details you need to give to peloton. If you’re going to order let me know and I’ll get a referral organised for you to get £100 off the bike.

Thanks for the info Katie, oh yes you could share the referral that would be great. PM me if that is possible :) Follow up question for you. I’m worried that the bike will come installed at the location up north and will be damaged on the way down south. Was your bike assembled or did you get it in a box?

It’s assembled. Mines only arriving Saturday so can let you know how it goes. The company have transported peloton bikes previously though so I’m hopeful for a pleasant experience. I’ve no idea how to send a private message on here but I would need your email address to send referral

Best of luck, yes let me know how you get on. Also interested to hear if you have any issues with the peloton bike connecting to the classes in Ireland.
