So I've been reading some subreddits that claim many of the at home installers don't know how to properly calibrate the bike. In the studio classes the bikes are recalibrated roughly every 10 days, so there may be some adjustments made as you begin to climb in rides. You should be given recalibration tools during the initial delivery and setup. Be sure to ask for them.

apparently they do BUT mine was not supplied and the tool is out of stock - why ????

Simple task to ensure basic items are ALWAYS in stock and i am fed up of hearing C-19 is to blame for bad service/bad stock control and appalling attention to details....
