Hi Have had the Peloton since the start of the year and love it. Am also a keen if distinctly amateur road cyclist.
looking at doing the Etape next year - amateur mountain stage of the Tour de France. Is there any advice on structured training for long rides on Peloton, above using power zone training?
Thanks!

Cool! What's the distance and climb? I've done a few centuries including the Levis Grand Fondo which was over 9K feet of climbing.

It changes every year as it's a leg of the Tour de France. Sadly this year still postponed. Last year was a "short" 135km but with 4563m of climbing, finishing in the highest ski resort in Europe!

Sounds like fun! PZ training is probably the best option and also the 90 minute rides. Some of the pro rides are also pretty tough.
