Good morning,
Picked up a used bike on the cheap, doesn’t calibrate at all (errors after 10%) pretty sure it needs a new brain and or sensor. Peloton is pretty awful at used parts for these bikes and tells me I need a frame swap. I’m certain I can fix this but need parts to do so. Curious if anyone else has parts or access to the parts I would need.

I am guessing that you have the Bike+ and it fails when you run the initial calibration. This is most likely the Encoder Nut which has fallen off or is loose. If it's fallen off and gone, you'll never get a replacement from Peloton for this $2 piece. And they won't sell you the assembly. There is a guy on the FB page called the Peloton Whisperer. Look him up and he has helped a few attempt to fix this. Good luck!
