I'm a newbie (obvi) and confused by Peloton website(s). Purchasing was easy enough. OnePeloton.com. From there I found Support which showed "Community." I thought Community would mean interacting with other Peloton members. But, nope. When I go there I just see a bunch of posts (mostly dated) with up votes but no responses to comments. So, then I googled...and found this forum. Is this by Peloton? I also found a group on Reddit.

Where is the Peloton family I was promised lol? Is this it...and if yes, why is it not a part of the Peloton website? When I tried to "chat" the person hung up on me when I asked these questions..please help. I've had my bike for 4 days and have questions I'd love to ask others. I'm starting with this question.

Hi TammyJean. Welcome!

This site is a message board which is not run by Peloton. The regulars here are people who are frequent users of the Peloton - mostly bike but also some digital only users and Tread users. There are also groups on Redditt, Facebook and elsewhere.

Feel free to post your questions here if you'd like

Thanks for the warm welcome! I fully expected that Peloton would have a forum of their own up and running with all the talk about wolfpack and family lol. Happy to be here tho!

I'll do some searching for my questions before posting to see if they've been addressed.
