That's ridiculous. There should be no shout outs during yoga and if there is any music it should be peaceful spa type music.
Peloton yoga
I am a staunch advocate for Peloton. The bike has, quite literally, changed my life. I love the spin classes so much. Peloton’s customer service is as far as I am concerned, best in class. You guys get so much right. I am fanatical about the product.
But.
During lock-down I have been attempting to take some of the yoga classes. They are appalling. Yoga is meant to be peaceful. No-one wants that kind of music in the background, do they? And it is just crazy for the instructors to break off to do shout-outs. Nuts. They are so bad that I have had to look elsewhere for online yoga classes. I urge you to take a look at Down Dog. That is how it should be done – a choice of options for music, and a slider bar between music and the instructor’s voice. And no shout-outs obviously. Please fix these classes so that I can come back to Peloton yoga. Yoga is not and should not be like spin classes!
Or am i just missing options - eg to get rid of the music?

I agree, music with vocals and just in general the music selected for their yoga classes make no sense at all. I’ve also been doing a lot of them since the pandemic and it works but would not be my first choice of a yoga streaming platform...but since I already pay for it...I dislike the shoutouts as well in any class and find them pretty silly.
I agree with the music should be peaceful when we are doing yoga and mediation .In India yoga and Ayurveda makes a vast difference in the lifestyle of peoples and ayurvedic medicines like mukta vati . kayakalp vati are very good instead of allopathy medicines.I am a staunch advocate for Peloton.
