The email I got from Peloton for this week said it had curated strength classes for me based on Rebecca Kennedy's recommendation. It suggests two days of rest and two or three classes per the other days.

I have been expecting this but the classes recommended seem a bit unusual for me. Since I mostly do rides they must be assuming I would do these in addition to the rides?

If they dial this in it could be a good new feature.

I think this has a lot of potential. It would be important for them to know what a persons goals are in order to recommend the best plan e.g. - lose weight, build muscle, train for a race, etc.
