I’ve read from multiple different sources that the peloton grossly overestimates calories burnt, and I’m really trying to get an exact estimate or at least no more than 50 cals off.
20 minutes ride - Im 5’3, around 169 lbs, (23/woman - idk if this matters but they always ask that for these workout calculators) I’ve even heard peloton overestimates on purpose to make people want to use it more. Idk the truth!and I’m on a strict diet so really need to know 😭
