Pictures of our treadmill. XPO sub-contracted to another company. Forced the hand rails down and crushed the wiring harness. Cannot use the treadmill now. Sitting here. Peloton says next delivery for a swap is 45 days out and need to keep this inoperable tread in a climate controller environment. Not willing to help customers. Crazy. This is going outside under a tarp until they come. No box to put it in either.

The same exact thing happened to me and they are being so fkn difficult in fixing the issue. How was it resolved?
