Is anyone else disappointed by the quality of the image for the scenic rides? It's not my wifi connection, as I can stream perfectly in the same room - so it's either the quality of the original recording, or the quality of the hardware (in a very expensive bike).

I've noticed some of the recordings are very old by the movie posters up in the cites - eg they were recorded in 2008, 2010.

Is there any chance Peleoon would improve the quality do you think?

Yes, I agree. I'm not a fan of the scening rides - they make me a bit nauseous and are not very realistic. I would like to see them improve these and make the speed vary based on how much output is being generated. That way they could make it competitive as well e.g. get a PR going up Mount Haleakala.

I'm not a fan of them either. They could be a lot better in various ways. It's also pretty strange to show a bike smoothly riding up stairs.

I have ridden all of the 60 minute rides and most of the 45 minute rides. Even some of the 30 minute rides. I am disappointed that there is such a small number of scenic rides and the quality of the scenic rides. Considering the huge increase of pelotons that have been sold and the amazing Peloton stock price increase why can Peloton do an update with more scenic rides. How about 75 minute or 90 minute rides. There are ZERO scenic rides over 60 minutes. Peloton needs to step up their game and add some rides...

I also agree. For as expensive the bike and subscription, the scenic rides would be way more fun and engaging if in true 1080 or higher. Internet speeds can handle it. If they varied with speeds that would definitely add to the fun. Peloton can definitely improve on this.

I sure wish we could have more support for more and better scenic rides on Peloton. I thought the high monthly fee would include some better quality scenic rides. If you agree please comment..

Couldn't agree with y'all more. I love the normal classes but the scenic rides have a ton of untapped potential. Would love to have it take me through specific paths, maybe even segments of different cycling races, and even recommend resistance for different hills and things like that. Really disappointed. Also, I've only done a few but the music was impressively awful.

It would also be the perfect opportunity to choose some music from your own playlists. And then instead of taking instructor rides with a lot of talk, you could just have some rides with focus on the music. I would appreciate that choice.

Exactly, the points in here are all very valid. I just rode the 35 min New Hampshire ride - loved the scenery but was bummed at the resolution!! It was like looking at the Google street views circa 2008!! Very grainy and non-realistic. They need to get the footage re-shot and updated on the bikes. I don't even really do the instructor classes as I love the scenic rides, just wish they were enhanced, improved and maybe the speed could adjust with the speed of the pedaling? I'm sure they can figure that out technically. It's 2020. For the price of bike they can hire more people to get that worked out and more recordings done.... some of the recordings even look like drones, so how many humans does it really take to just record a little more??

i agree. The scenic rides should follow an instructor and a second rider with 1st person POV (rider at home). Not just a camera going through the areas

Agree the peloton scenic rides weren't amazing but there were a good quantity and variety and I actually liked the music - now they're gone and just a handful of new scenic rides...disappointed and hope they re-work the old scenic rides and re-introduce the leaderboard.

AWFUL! Just tried one of the new "scenic" rides through France. WTH...I felt like I was riding most of the time through a city...people putting garbage out...people walking through streets right in front of you. I did these scenic rides to get away from that...I can DO that on my own streets...this used to be a slice of getaway..no more . BRING BACK THE OLD SCENIC RIDES and the rankings...it made me push harder to reach my goals!!! and I tried peition.org and it comes up as a funky site =(

totally! From over 200 to 25 timed rides. No more leader boards. It stinks
