Yes, I'm one of the jackasses that didn't go to the manual. I recently moved my peloton upstairs, and in haste to move, I removed the screen at the tilt axis instead of the recommended square bracket. I've tried my best in trying to reinstall, but the screen just flops over now and is no longer adjustable. I haven't been able to find any videos that might help or even a schematic. Would anyone have any thoughts on this or any direction?

Hi tmfarley22 - I made the same mistake when moving cross country and now have the same problem you did. It looks like no one responded to your post - were you by any chance able to find the solution somewhere else? thanks in advance!

sorry friend, it’s been radio silence. I’m wondering what the best course of action is from here. Have you reached out to peloton directly?

I spoke to peloton support. Here is what they had to say:

Ok so - I fixed this issue. Turns out that there is a gap and all 6 -8 washers need to be used to close the gap. Also it has to tightened really well with both an allen wrench and a wrench.
