Is there a way - whether legit or a hack - to resume a program after a hiatus?
I was in the middle of week three of Toatl Strength and contracted COVID - had to rest for a few weeks. I would like to pick up at the start of week three, but the program won’t let me out of Week One. Re-starting from the beginning is a little dispiriting. Any tips?
