I can’t put weight on my left arm because of an old elbow injury that’s led to a disability in the arm—after many surgeries. I’m wondering if anyone rides on their forearms on the center bar and if that’s a feasible way to ride long term. Any advice helpful!
I do sometimes on really long rides! I would say long term I would be worried about back pain but if the handlebars are set a little higher than your seat it might work for long term use!
