Most of the instructors on this platform are training like high level athletes, so this kind of itinerary makes a lot of sense. The important focus here is diet and you can tell from what shes eating that she acknowledges how important healthy food is to maintaining your energy levels.

Its even more important to someone who is diabetic and constantly monitoring their glucose levels. With the huge Instagram followings that her and other trainers have, its no surprise why Peloton has brought them onto the platform.

Great way to show potential Peloton owners what their experience could be like.
For first timers it can be difficult deciding how to start or what to do. I'm sure many will model her process for their own path.
