there is an online petition you can sign. It's in this forum thread. But you also should call their customer service and file a complaint. you can contact them via their website and send a complaint that way. You can also try social media, both twitter and Facebook to look for others who have commented and join that thread. I am seriously contemplating selling my bike. after doing the 24 new scenic rides, I've tried the guided rides but there are only 3. And the distance rides are very limited, too. I just don't understand why they couldn't leave the former rides but just add these new features.What can we do to get them back? I loved those and didn't do any classes...
They're probably too busy with their treadmill recall and trying to deliver bikes to people who have had them on order for months to deal with this issue. It's sad they don't care about their customers.Agree with all that the new and improved scenic rides are anything but. Extremely disappointed! I was doing these daily. So unhappy!
I got the same BS answer too, must be a cut and paste. Very disappointed in the arrogance of product management taking away the scenic rides and leaderboard and calling it an "upgrade"I chatted with Peloton about the Scenic Rides and here’s their standard reply:
