Hi all,

I use the Peloton bike in the fitness center of my building. It is absolutely great! Unfortunately somebody busted the seat adjuster about three weeks ago and the building administrators have said that Peloton will send parts until January! Anyone have any tips on how to fix this quicker other than do classes off the seat all the time?

Is it just that the lever snapped? Here's a video of a guy who has a potential fix for that issue. If not, maybe add a photo of what it looks like?

My Bike+ seat adjustment lever broke this evening. The screw snapped that holds it on. It’s different from the one above. They’re sending the part 2 day expedited delivery which is great, but when I asked for instructions or a video they didn’t have one.

Anyone replace one a Bike+?
Same thing happened to mine they devlivered me a new one and the screw snapped again. Do you happen to know what type of screw it is?

Have been trying since 12/26/2021 to get this same handle fixed on my Peleton bike. Initially it was suggested that I have a Peleton delivery service partner tech come out to my home to replace it. Replacement parts arrived around 01/10/2022, but, between numerous calls and emails with Peleton's Parts & Services dept and their (alleged) delivery service partner, I've gotten basically lots of lies and unfulfilled promises...and that's about it. Awful customer service, but it appears to be a true Peleton trait.

Hopefully things will change in that area now that Peloton has new management running things. Delivery and service has been a real weakness for them.
Continued “radio silence” from Peloton Parts and Services” customer service…even tho they allegedly have/had a “team” of individuals working to resolve situation. Absolutely beyond a joke.
