If you are planning to buy a Peloton bike, you might want to think twice. It is "expected" that the bearings go bad every 6 months on daily use. Replacement with a technician is ~200 us dollars. If you don't use your bike everyday, you will be out of warranty, so... "expect" to pony up 200 US dollars to keep using it at some "expected" time when this part goes bad. For a bike at premium price, and monthly expense of classes, this is ridiculous.

I don’t know where you got your crazy ass information but I think you’re wrong. I have used my bike every day for almost 3 1/2 years. I’ve got thousands of rides on it and I’ve never had a bearing issue. Maybe do a little research before you start spewing erroneous information.
I have two bikes, my husband and I ride every day. No problems in over three years.
that other poster is ignorant. Thank you

Well there is a discussion in this Forum about it. This is where our issue brought us to when looking up bearing issues. Our Bike+ was received March 2022. I ride just about every day, 2 or 3 rides. Our bearings went in December 2022. We are under warranty, but there are stories out there of bearings going once a year, or more. I am just hoping this bearing and hub replacement is better than what was on the bike. This bike has truly changed my life!
