Noticed this was one of the new features. Any thoughts on it so far? I use Strava and I'm curious how this correlates to their "Relative Effort"?
It seems very similar to Strave relative effort to me. Points are calculated based on time spent in each heart rate zone. In my limited experience with it, it does seem to be based on time as well so it's a combination of intensity and time. You acrrue more points for time in higher HR zones.

I plan to try to compare the two for a given ride and see if they're consistent on a relative basis.
