Hi all, so I have an Apple Watch and iPhone which is always use to track my heartbeat and workout on the bike. What I have noticed for a while is that the workout details eventually messes up the Total and Active calorie counts, making them identical on every single workout. We all know Active calories is always less than Total Calories (total estimates what your body would consume if you were on a couch sleeping
during the time of the workout and adds the additional calories from the workout effort. - Active Calories is just the calories added to your 'couch' time
) This could be either an app problem or an integration bug with the apple watch fitness inerface. See picture for example. More of an irritating display issue.
