A few things:
1) If you haven't already, you may want to make sure everything is plugged in securely. Sometimes they slip out and screen won't turn on.
2) Peloton will repiar and/or replace the top part of the bike including the screen but it will cost you - especially if you're beyond your warranty period. I would start a chat with them or send them an email. https://www.onepeloton.com/company/contact
