Hi. I use Strava as my hub for a similar reason. I use Peloton a lot but I also like to do many activities outside of Peloton (mountain biking, running, surfing, hiking, etc.) and I want to see the whole picture. I believe Samsung does sync with Strava as does Peloton.

Unfortunately Strava does not support new Galaxy Watches 4 and higher unless you are using a google phone with Wear OS. for anyone else looking for samsung health / galaxy support.
