Well, I ordered my bike + in January and my delivery date was supposed to of been in April. One day before my delivery date I was called and told that my delivery date had been pushed out to June. This was totally unacceptable, waiting three months was bad enough but six months is just not doable. I called back to Peloton to see if I could get a delivery date that was sooner and was told that I would be called by April 15th to schedule my delivery.

By April 21 I had still not heard anything from Peloton so I called them back. The customer service agent was very courteous and polite and checked for a sooner delivery date but my bike+ was not even at the warehouse yet and I was told that the June delivery date was the earliest one available. Even though I really wanted the bike + I was not willing to wait six months for the bike.

I immediately canceled my order on April 21 and five minutes later I ordered a pro-form studio bike 22. I received my shipping confirmation this morning on April 22 and my bike should arrive at my door by April 27. This is how it should work with a company as big as Peloton. I wish everyone that is waiting for their bike + the best of luck and I hope your delivery dates come through a lot sooner than mine was going to.

Thanks Stefon, it is unfortunate that they have not been able to rectify the long delivery times. But on the bright side, I will have my pro-form bike by Wednesday. I believe that's less than a week after ordering.
