So, just as the saying goes
" just for shits and giggles,"
I found I'd done all the 5 and 10 minute cool down rides , so I started doing some again, but back pedalling...I find it changes the muscles in use somewhat- it definitely focuses the pedal more on the pulling up with the knee rather than the push down.
It's helping my circular pedal strokes . I guess it's not going to do any harm , so just for a change..
Anyone else tried this ?
