In general, spinning tends to slim down legs vs. bulking them up. If your goal is slimming down though, I would focus on 1) keeping cadence on the higher end, 2) keeping resistance on the lower end and 3) longer workouts e.g. 30 minutes or more. Muscly is actually not a bad thing in my book though
