Haven't had my peloton more than 2 years and screen is malfunctioning. They want to charge me $650 for a screen replacement after we pay $3500 for the bike and $50 amonth. What shotty service...NEVER BUY THIS...

And you made the conscious decision to NOT purchase the extended warranty? If you look around, anyone will tell you it's chump change. And most needed on this equipment. No sympathy here... go buy one off eBay or FB marketplace.

Maybe it's pelotons fault for not offering it..trust me don't feel bad for me. They are the ones out not receiving money and I will make sure others know about the quality of their product. Wouldn't need a warranty if it was a good product. Thanks for proving my point!

My daughter also purchased the peloton bike in 2020 and started having issue with monitor. She left her bike with me since she moved to NYC and i was one month short of getting the screen replaced. The bike barely got used and not sure how the screen went out soo fast!
