Do most of you actually turn off the bike when you're done and is that important?

I haven't typically turned it off it seems to shut down on its own but don't know if this is bad practice.

After you finish using it for a while, it will automatically go to sleep mode. This will allow it to download any new system updates and features, ensuring your device is the latest & greatest on your next use. However, sleep mode will still consume a minimal amount of power. If you're trying to maximize your home's energy savings (and reduce your bills), you may want to turn the power off completely. If not, then you just leave it in sleep mode like that and it's okay.
