Do you mean SPD cleats? I prefer SPD cleats with very little float on my racing bike pedals. On the Bike+ I use the red Look Deltas (9 degrees of float), but may switch to Look Deltas with less float as the red ones aren't the most solid feeling. The less float on your cleat, the more "locked in" you'll feel, but with less float, your cleats need to be fitted correctly with less room for error.

I prefer SPD and find them more comfortable and they don't seem to squeak as much as Look.
